No.  There are some applications for which regular concrete was originally developed, that volcanic concretes cannot easily match:  high-strength super structures, dams, bridges, bank vaults, roadways, high traffic pedestrian walkways, parking garages, seawalls, runways, building foundations, etc.   However, for architectural applications where people are likely to live within and around and who expect to stay comfortable, LAVA concretes can be a better choice.
