LAVA is close to the Rammed Earth building process, except LAVA doesn't need to be compacted to be stable.  LAVA is a form of concrete and simply cures to reach typical concrete durability.  LAVA walls differ in that they are porous which adds better insulation and sound quality than Rammed Earth.  The natural appearance of Rammed earth and LAVA are uniquely different from each other. Rammed Earth looks like earth, Lava looks like stone.
